About Ho Chi Minh Visa Run
We organise visa run trips for foreign nationals staying in Ho Chi Minh City. Our job is to make the trip predictable, and to be honest about the parts no one can control.
Who we are
Ho Chi Minh Visa Run is operated by MTC Viet Nam, based at 345 Vo Van Tan Street, Ban Co Ward.
MTC Viet Nam’s head office is in Hanoi, at 458 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy, Hanoi. The same company also runs Vietnam Legal Support (MP Viet Visa), which handles Vietnam visas, permits and legal paperwork, and Hanoi Visa Run, which runs visa runs from Hanoi to the China and Laos borders.
We are a private trip organiser. We are not a government agency, an immigration authority or a visa-issuing body, and we don't claim to be.
How we work
We tell you what's included, and what isn't
Every quote lists inclusions and exclusions in writing. Where government visa fees are included, the quote says which ones.
We don't promise what we can't deliver
Visa decisions and entry decisions belong to the authorities. We will never guarantee a visa, a length of stay or re-entry to Vietnam.
We check before we leave
A document problem found in the city is an inconvenience. The same problem found at the border can end the trip. We check with you before departure.
We keep our information dated
Immigration rules change. Pages with immigration information show when they were last reviewed and which official sources we checked.
We ask for as little personal data as possible
The inquiry form doesn't ask for passport numbers or scans. See our privacy policy.
