Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you book a trip with Ho Chi Minh Visa Run. Please read them before you confirm, especially the sections on immigration decisions and your responsibilities.
1. Who we are
Ho Chi Minh Visa Run is operated by MTC Viet Nam, 345 Vo Van Tan Street, Ban Co Ward. We are a private trip organiser. We are not a government agency, immigration authority or visa-issuing organisation.
2. What we provide
We provide the services listed as included in your written itinerary and quote for your chosen route. Anything not listed there is not included.
3. Immigration decisions
Decisions on visas, entry, length of stay and exit are made solely by the competent authorities of Vietnam and of any other country on your route. We do not guarantee that a visa will be issued, that you will be admitted to any country, or that you will be allowed to re-enter Vietnam. Information we give about immigration requirements is general guidance based on sources available at the time and does not replace official information or legal advice.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your nationality, visa status and dates.
- Hold a valid passport and the visas or approvals required for every country on your route.
- Check that the trip is suitable for your nationality, visa type and circumstances.
- Be at the pickup point at the agreed time.
- Follow the lawful instructions of border officials.
5. Prices and payment
The price is the one stated in your written quote. Payment methods and any deposit are set out on the pricing page. Government fees are paid to the authorities and are not part of our price unless your quote says otherwise.
6. Changes and cancellations
See the cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Delays
Journey times are estimates. Border queues, traffic, weather and official procedures can cause delays outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by border queues, checks by the authorities, traffic, weather or other events outside our control. If a delay means the trip cannot be completed as planned, we will agree the next step with you on the day.
8. Liability
We are responsible for providing the services listed in your written quote with reasonable care. We are not responsible for decisions made by immigration or border authorities, for airline schedules or cancellations, or for loss of personal belongings that you keep with you. Where we are responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the trip, except where Vietnamese law does not allow liability to be limited. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under Vietnamese consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved by negotiation in good faith.
