Your total cost has three parts
- The trip price shown above for your route, covering what is listed as included.
- Government visa fees, unless your route includes them. For the Moc Bai trip, visas are optional add-ons with their own price, so you can see exactly what you pay for. Government decisions on visas are made by the authorities, not by us. For Vietnam, the fee is shown on the official portal evisa.gov.vn when you apply, and it differs for single and multiple entry. For the neighbouring country, check its official visa source. These fees are set by governments and can change.
- Personal costs such as meals and purchases, unless your route lists them as included.
If anything on your quote is unclear, ask before you pay. We'd rather answer a question now than have a disagreement at the border.

Changes and cancellations
If your plans change, tell us as early as possible. Refund rules are set out in the cancellation policy.
What we won't do on price
- Add charges on the day that were not on your written quote.
- Hide which government fees are included in a price and which are not.
- Use countdown timers or "only 2 seats left" messages. If a departure is full, we'll simply tell you.
